Using the marketplace
The marketplace connects professional buyers, businesses and individual battery owners across India. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for any business you represent. Provide accurate account and contact details, protect your sign-in credentials and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. By using the marketplace, you agree to these terms and the Listing Rules. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
Free launch access
Free for buyers and suppliers during launch. No card required. Accounts, listings, comparisons, enquiries, buying requirements, saved searches and in-app notifications are free. There are no subscriptions, listing fees, lead charges, commissions or paid verification. Suppliers set battery prices and buyers pay suppliers directly. Any future charges will require advance notice and explicit opt-in; free accounts will not automatically become paid accounts.
Listings and participant responsibilities
List only batteries physically located in India that you have authority to offer. Give accurate descriptions, asking-price bases, tax treatment and availability. Disclose known damage, incidents and missing technical information; do not guess SOH or upload misleading reports. Keep New, Used and End-of-Life offers distinct. End-of-Life batteries on this marketplace are offered for recycling only, not for vehicle use or second-life applications. Participants must arrange any applicable permissions, technical acceptance, safe handling, transport and waste-management compliance for their transaction.
The role of MatXloop
MatXloop operates and moderates this self-service marketplace. It does not purchase or stock listed batteries, test them, certify their suitability, provide battery warranties, arrange transport, hold funds or process battery payments. Buyers and sellers agree inspection, acceptance, price, payment and delivery directly. MatXloop’s wider advanced-materials activities do not imply that these services are included with a listing or enquiry. These service boundaries do not exclude responsibilities imposed on MatXloop by applicable law.
Evidence and independent assessment
Seller declarations, uploaded reports and identity checks describe different kinds of information. Moderation or approval is permission to display a listing, not endorsement of its safety, authenticity or suitability. Review the scope, date, method and coverage of evidence and obtain appropriate professional assessment before committing to a transaction.
Moderation and acceptable use
MatXloop may review submissions, request changes, reject or remove misleading content, restrict access and suspend accounts for misuse. Do not submit false ownership claims, impersonate others, spam users, scrape personal information, upload harmful files or evade access controls. Upload only content you have permission to share. You allow MatXloop to store and display your submitted content as needed to operate the marketplace, subject to its visibility and document-access controls. You retain your rights in that content.
Complaints, disputes and account closure
Use the listing report control or email contact@matxloop.com with the listing or enquiry reference and relevant facts. MatXloop can investigate platform misuse and take moderation action; it does not promise to resolve the parties’ commercial dispute or guarantee a refund. You may request account closure through My workspace → Saved searches → Account & data requests, or by email. Data handling on closure is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We take reasonable steps to operate the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of information supplied by other users. No provision removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Updated terms will be dated on this page; material changes will be communicated through the service or your registered contact details before taking effect where required.
