Create your account and profile
Confirm your account email and add your name, phone number and location, plus your company name if registering as a business. Contact numbers are not OTP-verified. Use accurate details so MatXloop can review your account and follow up on listing questions or complaints.
Describe the actual inventory
Select pack, module or cell; New, Used or End-of-Life; and the source vehicle class, such as two-wheeler or three-wheeler. Add brand and model where known, chemistry, voltage, Ah, kWh, available quantity, location, minimum order and asking-price basis. Select Unknown rather than estimating unsupported figures.
Add optional photos and documents
Product photos and PDF or image reports are optional. Save a draft, then upload useful photos, SOH evidence or validation reports. Explain the test date, method and coverage where available. Keep confidential identity and ownership documents out of public product photos and descriptions.
Submit for review, then keep stock current
MatXloop reviews submitted listings before they appear as available. A reviewer may request changes. Approval does not certify the battery or guarantee a sale. Reconfirm availability, update quantities and mark inventory reserved or sold promptly. Material technical edits return to review.
Reply to buyers in your workspace
Buyers can ask about quantity, destination and intended use. Review enquiries and in-app notifications, answer technical questions and share reports through the permitted document flow. You and the buyer agree inspection, price, payment and delivery directly. MatXloop does not hold transaction funds or arrange transport.
Free during launch
There are no listing fees, lead charges, subscriptions, commissions or paid verification during launch. Free for buyers and suppliers during launch. No card required. Any future charges require advance notice and explicit opt-in. Only list stock you are authorised to offer; End-of-Life stock is for recycling only.
